Court order to remove a revenge negative feedback.

I received a negative feedack in which the person admitted it was a revenge feedback for a friend. His negative feedbackstatement was proven wrong however a supervisor at okay saidI have to go to court and get a court order to remove the feedback. I have to spend thousands of dollars to remove a feedback that an okay supervisor knows was a lie?!?!?!?! Just goe spends thousands to remove a "retaliatry negative feedback". A response like that from an okay rep. sais it all. okay cares?? okay will help you?? okay assist you??? okay does the right thing?? All is NO!!!!!!!!! These actions by okay causes members to quit so in return the people who are left have to pay HIGHER prices to maintain okay's profits. This chases away more members and than okay RAISES there prices again. This is like a snake eatingits own tail. DOOM!!!!I wonder what okay will do when there are two people left. Charge a million dollars to list an item???? When a false, defaming, purely 100% lie negative feedback is left and okay sais spend thousands on a court order to remove it, they are really saying don't bother me.It's like a Doctor with no bedside manners. A little gepassion, help, respect, etc.. goes a long way.Some reps. aregreatwhile others are heartless in there words. A Paypal worker gave false information and than just hung up. Go spend thousands on a court order. What happened to "old Fashion" RESPECT and gemon COURTESY!!!! Maybe an okay supervisor or bigshot making millions think a few thousand dollars is nothing. gee back to the "gemon person" and realize what was said is impossible for more than 99% of okay users!!!! Thousands of dollars to click a button to remove a lie is REDICULOUS!!! Forget the big houses and sports cars and several hundred dollar dinners and think about the average person. I thought in this world we are all equal. No, that was just a speech about a "DREAM". A "DREAM" that can be related to not only race but faith and importantly financial situtations!! Thousands of Dollars to remove a revenge feedback is absurd, insulting, and one word, "DISGUSTING"!!!!!!
