Fitco rifle scope

I bought a Fitco rifle scope(6-24X50)with a side parallax mil reticle.It was listed that the power of the scope was actually a 6X12 power.a big massive scope w/lighted mil reticle made in china imported toCanada by seller John Xing.I bought this scope last winter.I did not mountit untill a week ago 12-18-06.The side parallax is frozen and will notfocus and at this time useless to me.The parallax was stiff to use when Igot the scope but operational but not now.I have contacted him thruhis listed email,I am willing to pay shipping to and from to exchange or repair.NO ANSWER! BUYER BEWARE of Fitco optics!
