How to check for genuine Kingston product

A lot of kingston flash memory products are being sold on okay right now at very low prices. Unfortunately some if not most of them are fakes or imitations. So how do you spot a fake product? A simple way is to only buy retail packaged products and not the bulk or OEM ones but that is not enough. Unfortunately there is no easy way unless you have information about these three items:1 UPC Bar Code2 Authentication Code3 License KeyThese information can be found at the back of the kingston packaging. To be sure that what you are buying is genuine, ask for these information from the seller. Unfortunately some high volume sellers don't have time to respond to you but chances are, those small time sellers can provide those info. Once you get your product dont open it yet, first check if the item is genuine by checking kingston's site: http://www.kingston.ge/asia/verifyflash/Type in the required info and they will instantly send you a mail verifying whether it is genuine or not.
