Taking Off The Pounds Can Be Very Difficult
Here are a few tips to make things easier, without a lot of effort.

When shopping always park as far from the store as possible, so you have to walk a little further
Take the stairs, not the elevator
Eat more fiber, fiber makes you feel fuller
Eat 6-8 small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones
DO NOT skip breakfast
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Do not deny yourself "treats", just eat them in moderation
Eat healthy snacks, fruits and vegetables
Brush your teeth, to tell your brain
